Victory will be traveling by charter bus with professional drivers to Cincinnati with other churches from our district. The bus route will be determined after registration so we do not yet know what time we will be leaving on Dec. 28. Student could be expected to arrive at Victory at night on Friday, Dec. 27. For reference, in 2015, students arrived at 9:30pm the evening before the conference began and the charter bus left from Victory at 1:00am so that students arrived to the conference around noon and had time to eat, check-in, and enjoy the iZone (interactive zone) before the first session of the conference. As soon as the district releases the bus route information, we will be able to communicate to you what time students will need to arrive at Victory.
Students should pack in a suitcase or duffel for the conference but bring a separate bag for the bus ride and for carrying around at the Convention Center. Students are responsible for their own items and should not leave valuables unattended. We are staying in a hotel, so students do not need to pack bedding or towels. Students should bring:
- Clothing (check the weather forecast for Cincinnati). Layering clothing is a good idea.
- Phone charger
- Breakfast food
- $100 for meals, "Spending money" is optional but there will merch tables for the bands.
- Bible, Journal, Pen
- Snacks (optional)
